You do not need to know how to pose or perform.
I guide you through breath, movement, expression, and body language in a way that allows you to stop thinking about the camera and start inhabiting yourself.

The work I care most about happens in the moment a woman looks at herself and says:

Not because she looks pretty, but because she deeply recognizes herself in a way I can hardly find words for sometimes.

I know because I’ve lived it too.
After becoming widowed at 43, I spent a year traveling solo with my camera asking myself:
"Who am I underneath the roles I built my life around?"
That question changed everything.
It changed how I see women.
How I photograph.
And how I witness other humans.
This work isn't about fixing anyone. It's about reflecting back to you the full range of who you are—with honesty and love—until you can't look away.
