If you purchase a session and end up winning the grand prize we will provide a refund!
The session retainer covers professional hair and makeup and session only. It does not include any prints or products.
Collections start at $999. A la carte items start at $129 each. By purchasing a $99 session, I acknowledge that only the session fee is covered (for hair and makeup). All images and product are ordered separately.

You will schedule a call with our Studio Manager, Jax. She will walk you through the entire process and get your shoot on the calendar. If you choose not to proceed after the phone consultation, your retainer fee will be refunded. EASY!!
If you’re thinking about booking a session, the retainer fee will not be this low again. There are a limited number of these sessions available and when they’re sold out, they’re gone.
**This offer is valid for weekday sessions only and must be take place by 7/1/2023. $99 session retainer is not applicable to previously booked or purchased sessions and subsequent purchases made from those sessions.
GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to **VIVA LA VIDA VENTURES, doing business as BETSY MCCUE PICTURES** whose Instagram handle is @BETSYMCCUEPICTURES. The "Prize" refers to **ONE (1) $5000 BOUDOIR PACKAGE**, with ZERO cash value.
- By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entries must be received by **12pm** on **August 18, 2022**. One (1) winner will be selected by The Promoter on August 18, 2022 at 6pm EST. The winner will be notified on or after this date and will be announced on social media.
- BY ENTERING TO WIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS WHICH MAY HAVE DIRECTED YOU HERE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CONTEST. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram®, FACEBOOK®, or tiktok®.
- THIS CONTEST WILL ONLY HAVE ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. By entering you acknowledge that you have a CHANCE to win and may not win the grand prize.
- The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of the United States. One (1) winner will be chosen from all entrants and across all platforms. Session will take place at the Studio of Betsy McCue Pictures in Kalamazoo, MI.
- No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
- Instagram®, FACEBOOK®, or tiktok® are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
- Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to ONLY the cost of goods of the Prize in question.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be used to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
- The winner agrees to be featured as the winner on social channels and agrees to photos being shared publicly in order to help empower others.
